Didn’t get my order yet? When I was ordering it kept taking me out to recognize a scratch off incentive. After getting the two free item incentive I had to start all over again.

The duty for Canada was not communicated correctly. Why would I pay a duty fee for more than the price of a 4th tshirt? I have asked to return directly and not accept the duty fee, but I have not had a response.

It was easy to view the Jean from all different angles. To pick out the size and pay for the expedited delivery was also simple. Just the way I like it. I wish you would go down to 29 inch inseam. I have to get all mine cut 1 inch after I receive them from you.

I used the find my size part for one item and then your site applied it to any item I was looking/shopping. Very helpful when ordering.

There was a mistake in the order which I noticed the moment it was placed. I emailed customer service on the spot to alert them and get it rectified. I received a response days later mentioning that it’s too late and that the warehouse already processed the order.

Unfortunately the size (L) was way off…

Unfortunately the size (L) was way off and the shirt does not sit or look anything like I had hoped, despite having the sense that L would be best (based on szie guide and what I normally wear). Rather than return the 6 shirts, I decided to simply order another 6 shirts in M and see how that goes. Waiting on the new order, and based on that result, I will determine whether I want to order more and other types of merchandise from you.

The best thing was that I was unable to place my order and your people identified the cause: a regulatory restriction in my country which prescribes that no more than 3 units of the same product might be ordered. You guys are really good. Congrats.

quality and fit of the tee shirts I purchase are way above the norm, love them keep buying more cannot have enough of them, my favorite for all occasions

Usability when doing a return and new purchase is poor.

Overall the website worked well but doing a return / exchange to pick a different product is difficult. It is easy if you want a different size of the same product but the overall usability if you want to move from a straight to a slim or even another product is very confusing.

Shirt is too small. I am returning for a different item and hoping my credit will be put towards new purchase. The card was charged for new purchase already??

Received my shirts

Received my shirts, first time washing them. They are not very good quality. Collar wrinkles up and looks like elastic shirts. Look nice until you wash them. I will not buy anymore
