One of the biggest downfalls with this purchase was getting the confidence to believe in the quality before execute the purchase. I looked at the webpage for almost a month before making a purchase. You saying they come in every color. I found it very restrictive when it came to mixing matches colors that I knew I would use. I was roped in o package deals when it came to colors. The groups of colors had one or two colors I knew I wouldn’t be crazy about wearing. And that is probably how you move your dead inventory by sticking one and two colors in a grouping that don’t sell well.
It's so easy to navigate the website and I feel the search button does a good job narrowing the selection down to the items I'm after.
And then there is the merchandise itself! It's perfect. The fabric is so comfortable and supports my frame so nicely. The stitching and the quality of the fabric is also amazing. My jeans wash beautifully, too!
The Mott & Bow website is clear, easy to navigate and their product images make it easy to decide what to purchase whilst tempting me to buy more lol..
An e-commerce site without a full return policy is not customer friendly. Being unfamiliar with your brand and sizing I ordered a t shirt in 2 sizes. Neither worked for me but the only option I was offered was store credit. Then your processing of the credit was so slow it hadn’t shown up on your website for over two weeks and there was no number to call. I spent a lot of time chasing you down and will never purchase from you again.
Your customer service never did what they promised. They were going to make a custom bundle but never did. I emailed them with the request number 785065 but nothing. Also could not use the 30% off discount on first order. Not a great job at all.

I have bought several pairs of Mott & Bow jeans, as well as a few shirts, and have been happy with all of my purchases. When I ordered the wrong color of one item, they facilitated an easy exchange. Quality products and fantastic customer service, in particular a representative named Carlos.

Checkout was easy
Checkout was easy, but I want to try out one of your tees before ordering several. Also, I checked not to track me, and suddenly there were tons of adds to me on Facebook and other sites, so apparently you don't stick by that provision.
