After a 10-hour drive, we find out on the spot that they have moved us to another accommodation, separate from the others we were on holiday with. After filing a complaint and requesting a refund of part of the accommodation cost, they promise an answer tomorrow, but they do not provide it for a week, and after a month they no longer answer emails or calls.
I recommend. They gave the feedback fast.
Disappointing. I will never book through "Mountvacation" again
Every year the same. Via France. And everything is perfect.
Excellent offer, price and accommodation
It was a really pleasure to talk with Danijela. Very kind way of talk - and very useful. So much respect ...
We needed a quick cancellation of three reservations and then three new bookings. It was all our fault because we were indecisive, but the people at Mountvacation sorted everything out very quickly. It was a lot of work, but everybody was so helpful and kind!
