I liked efficiency in terms of rather quick and simple enough booking. I didn’t like being in touch with two instead of one agent - Mountvacation and ‘we consult gmbh’. Likewise, I don’t like rather rigid cancellation policy. A more popular approach would include wider scale of percentage of full price to be paid depending on the timing of cancellation.

It was very easy and fast to make a reservation. And reservation confirmation vas very quickly. I sent an inquiry about the check-in time, so I hope the employees will answer me. But more information on how to prepare for the trip and what to do upon arrival at the accommodation should be available on the MountVacation page.
everything is OK
It's easy and pretty straightforward to book, though it would be great if you could choose a particular unit rather than a generic one. It's great that the accommodation + ski pass packages can be reserved, too!
