The whole transfer experience was well organized from start to finish. After a long international flight, it was reassuring to have clear communication, a smooth pickup, and a professional driver waiting for us. The service felt reliable, calm, and easy to use, especially while traveling with family and luggage. It made our arrival in Seoul much more comfortable and stress-free.

Driver was frendly and nice BUT information that we hade 2 cildren and neded carseat was missing to the driver. Eddi in customservice was nice and helpfull. The second time on the way back no childseat again but this time it was a arogant person how shouldt sit in custumerservice i was in contacted with. I write this only for the arrogant answer i get from her and i will never again ride with them when i have children with us.

Do not use them if you care for your child's wellbeing. I can only assume these reviews are false/paid for. I PAID OVER £104 FOR A PRIVATE TRANSPORT WITH A CHILD SEAT AND CLEARLY STATED IT NEEDS TO BE AN INFQNT REAR FACING SEAT!!! THEY CAME WITH 2 CHILD (NOTMINFANT) SEATS THAT WETE FORWARD FACING EVERY TIME. I only booked this private transport for tHe seat and nothing else, i made this clear from the beginning and even contacted your customer services to ensure the correct seat is available. On the way there the wrong seat was installed but he was able to get the correct one which I had to install as the driver didn't know how to. On the return trip it was a death trap, I have videos of it, it wasn't attached and a baby would have been more secure on the floor (I'm not even exaggerating). I will send these to the local police. There was 0 ways for us to understand each other and there was another passenger at the front so that was not a private transport that I paid for. Money means nothing to me when it comes to my child's wellbeing. What happened is not only a safety risk but also illegal so I will be contacting the local authorities with the videos and photos I have taken. I ONLY wanted a private transport for the child seat. I felt I had no option on the return journey but to take the taxi as the coach had already left. I spent the journey crying while holding my child after paying for a service I never received. I will also be contacting tui as such a company has no place offering services to turists. There is also no way to communicate as none of them speak a word of English, making it even more dangerous ... overall I have never in my whole life received a worse service and I will do my best to ensure no one else goes through this, especially risking their child's wellbeing. To also add, the "private transport" had another person in the passenger seat at the front so what have I actually paid for? A shared ride?
