The driver was early and easy to find. He navigated the traffic smoothly and safely, and got us to the airport in good time. He handled suitcases between sidewalk and trunk at both ends of the trip, making it easy for us. I'd repeat the experience!
On time. Freindly drivers. Great service. Gave us the option to go to the airport half an hour early if we wished. Communication via phone call was very good. Highly recommended!
Being dropped so close to the hotel that was deep in the Venice maze of canals and tiny lanes was great, especially when it was nearly midnight.

Fantastic service from initially booking to being dropped to the airport on our way home. Excellent communication throughout our trip. We were given the drivers details and car registration beforehand and could track the vehicle arriving. Both drivers were pleasant and talkative. They were aware that our plane was delayed on the way out and were there waiting for us. On our return journey we were delayed due to public transport and crowd control - and after getting in touch with our driver - he informed us he was happy to wait for us. This made such a huge difference between us having a good few days away, and ending with a nightmare. We were so grateful for this! Fantastic service, would highly recommend. Professional from beginning to end! Thank you.

We got stood up at our hotel on the way back to the airport and had to pay for an UBER! I reached out to my driver many times the day before my return and never heard back. I did have communication with the company through email confirming and actually updating my pickup time. But no driver ever showed up. Pickup at the airport on my arrival did go smoothly.

On pick up from the airport, Anton was very friendly & informative. Gave us lots of advice on what to see. Yuri was also great on the drive back to the airport.
Very helpful, careful drivers. Came on time and with a well valeted minibus. Spoke good English, so chatted to us. Much, much better than the taxi drivers. We took several journeys with taxi drivers, who mostly drove too too fast, without due care, while ignoring passengers. Would definitely book a private land transfer services again.
