Confirmed Pickup, No Driver, Two-Hour Wait

We booked this transfer service expecting a smooth arrival in Punta Cana. Instead, we spent nearly two hours at the airport trying to find our ride. We received multiple emails and WhatsApp messages directing us to a specific meeting location at Terminal B. We went exactly where instructed, but no representative was there, no sign with our name was displayed, and no one contacted us. The issue wasn’t a delay. The issue was a complete breakdown in communication and coordination. After a long day of travel, being left searching for prepaid transportation in a foreign country is unacceptable. Management needs to review this process immediately. No customer should be given detailed pickup instructions only to arrive and find no one there. This was a frustrating and disappointing start to our vacation.

My flight landed at 8.55am. Because I am travelling with a child and we had an indirect international journey I booked a transfer to ensure a smooth and stress free transfer. My transfer was booked for 9.45 to give us enough time to clear customs and collect bags. It is now 10.10 and there is no driver in sight, I have messaged the driver and phoned twice before I got a response. Someone then phoned me back asking for a booking reference and said they would revert but nothing yet. If you don’t mind waiting for however long after an exhausting overnight flight then book them - unreliable.

Highly recommended

I was really happy when I landed at La Palma airport and the taxi driver was holding up a sign with my name on, which made it easier to find one another. The drive was exactly what was needed after a flight and delays at the airport. On the way back to the airport, a different driver was very efficient, on time and because his English was so good and he was personable, we were able to speak a little and he showed me some sights along the way. All in all I highly recommend the service and will use it again myself in the future.

Beware of this company!!

The only reason this company got 1 star is because that's the lowest it would let me pick. My driver picked us up yesterday & was driving wreckless the whole ride, finally we were hit by 2 cars one from each side of the vehicle. The driver jumped out 2 asses the damage as well as the other drivers involved & then they all jumped back in their vehicles & proceeded to drive off. Our driver didn't ask if we were OK or anything just drove us to the airport. I contacted Mozio to tell them about the hit & run & all they did was offer me a $20.40 refund for the ride & then asked if I could leave a good review like are u guy's freaking serious right now! Looks like I will have to take matters into my own hands. Beware of this company!!!!!

On time service

The assigned drivers were on time and very courteous. What I liked so much was that they communicated with us ahead of time more than 24hours thru whatsapp, to introduce themselves and to check the number of luggages we’d be bringing. Both drivers can understand and speak English. For the price we’ve paid, the round trip service was worth it considering the distance to/from airport and hotel in Sapporo. Thank you.
