It's been well over a month, I still don't have my socks that I ordered (according to their website) well in advance of the Christmas holiday delivery time frame. It still doesn't even show that the socks have reached this continent and they've been on a couple planes.
Unfortunately there is no option for a no star rating. Took forever to arrive. I placed the order 13/12/19 they arrived 6/1/20. I paid extra for what I though would be an express service. The quality of the socks are terrible. Very thin. Would never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Rip off liars!
Avoid at all costs. Bought a pair December 11th for Christmas. It’s January 13th and still don’t have them. Apparently they are made by in Chinese sweat shops so this takes time, according to them.
Terrible. I ordered three socks on December 11 the company was promoting that they would be delivered for sure by Christmas. By December 23 I did not have any of the socks these were for three people three individual Christmas presents. I emailed. No response. Emailed again finally responded the items had an issue and had to redo them. This was never once relayed to me prior to my email, given these were presents for 3 people that information would have been nice to know so I could get them something else. The socks supposedly were shipped on Dec 28. Finally on January 9. I received the 3 socks/ Christmas presents. Nearly 1 month after I ordered.
Ordered Wednesday 12/11/19 and came Saturday 01/11/20. Order was confirmed 12/15/19. It took 20 working days to get here. Technically 23, but I'm giving 3 days for Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Years. These came straight from China. Nowhere on the site did it say that. I wouldn't have bought them knowing that. They would've been faster from the U.S. They also are very thin and not worth it. I knew I should have gone locally to get them printed on a pair I wanted. At least they're funny. The funniest faces of my baby are on them.
Wish I read this site first. Ordered 12/11 for XMas present. Arrived today from China. They are horrid and cheap. Probably will rip after one or two wears. Color just awful! Avoid!
Well looks like I am not the only one. Just a horrible company. I ordered socks for my groomsmen with enough time according to the timeline posted on their website. I tried to cancel my order because after talking to them they said they would not be delivered in time for my wedding and they were going to charge me $9 per item. I received them 3 weeks after the wedding and 1 pair short. They didn't even tell me that they ran out of the color I ordered and see if there was something else I wanted. I just glad they actually refunded me. Stay away. Do not order from them.
Total scam, take your money and then offer a partial refund because they cannot/will not process your order. I've reported to Paypal and Facebook (where they were advertising). Avoid at all costs. Also trade as SOUFEEL JEWELRY LIMITED
So bad. Do not order, especially with PayPal. I opened a dispute with PayPal after not receiving my items by the ship date. Instead of refunding my money, the company sent half of my order so PayPal won't give me any of my money back because the seller sent a tracking notification...3 weeks past the date they should have come and only after I opened the dispute.
This company is complete garbage. Still haven't received my items (it's been a month) and there's no way to contact them. I looked up reviews before buying but apparently there are 2 companies with almost identical names and people are getting them mixed up... So I bought from the trash company instead of the decent one.
Zero stars. I placed my order Dec. 09 and here it is Jan 09 and still nothing. Not acceptable. I was supposed to get this by Christmas. The tracking info just says that it has left China. Will I get by St. Paddy’s Day? Who knows? Really terrible. Do not use.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Non existent communication- they keep repeating "high demand time", etc. they offered my a whopping 10% off. I have received 2 emails asking if I was happy with my product- I DONT HAVE ANYTHING! Luckily, I paid via paypal and have filed a fradulent company/charge. I'm not even sure this is a real company- My payment went to "Soufeel Jewelery"!!

Took one month to arrive. I regret trying to support a smaller company. Alas, I will probably order from amazon next time.
I wish there was a way to give no stars. I ordered socks a month ago, and received an email almost 2 weeks later that they were being shipped. I keep checking the package status and not only is it still in China but the status hasn’t been updated in over 10 days. I sent an email five days ago about the issue and just heard back yesterday. I was just told the same exact information that I already got from previous email. This was supposed to be a present for my best friend’s birthday, which was last week. I’m very disappointed.
Ordered In what i thought was time for Christmas but took 3 weeks and when finally got them they were someone else's dog on them! Not happy at all. What could of been a great present is now just a waste of money! Dont want someone else's dog on my husband and sons socks.

Very poor communication! They advertise 5-7 days shipping and of course high demand it’s a few days longer . The respond back 24-48 hours later, NO where does it say they are coming from CHINA!!! Today is 3 weeks and still nothing!
This company is not existant when it comes to customer support. I've emailed them several times with no response. It also took over 40 days for them to arrive. I bought these to be a funny stocking stuffer but they didn't arrive in time for Christmas. There are other companies offering custom printed socks so I would strongly encourage you to try a different company.
Slow delivery. Tracking number wasnt provided. Missed giving the gift. Poor customer service that sent automated emails in reply to 7 enquiries. would not recommend
