If I could 0 stars, I would. I have been tracking my order for more than a month and it is still in the same place, according to the tracking information. It has not moved for ONE MONTH! This was supposed to be a birthday gift. I have contacted the company several times for more information on shipping and none was received. I understand that shipments are being delayed but, that aside, there was no email or contact made form MyFaceSocks to mention this or any kind of support given during this time. When I asked for my money back, I was told I could receive 10%. Are you joking?! This is ridiculous. The customer service of this company is atrocious! Spend a little more time taking care of your customers!
Absolute scam, ordered in March and now nearly end of April and all we have received from their so-called customer service is BS and lies.
The website is myfacesocks.com.au and it shows “Made in Australia” logos and text all over the site.
But the truth is the Company is in Guangzhou, CHINA and the product never actually ships. They just take you money.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Feeling really disappointed at the moment. Placed an order for my sons birthday. Order placed on 4th April and have messaged them twice but no contact. I just decided to check out their reviews and gutted as to what I found. Will I get my order or do I try to get a refund. How can I get this company to contact me? Maybe they will reply to this review?? Just a quick update. I have now received my order and the blanket is lovely. They need to update their information to show they are struggling to get orders out on time. If I had known that from the start, I wouldn’t of been so disappointed.
I never received my order which I placed like a month ago and I want my money back. Wish I would’ve went with a different company. Only getting automated responses back . Very disappointed! I want my money returned immediately. SCAM!

I placed my order 2/15/2020 and requested an update on my order through their website on 3/2/2020 after it showing "processing" every time I checked the tracking information. I received an automated response. After that I looked a little deeper into this company and found several stories like mine. As a result of this I proceeded to email them every day until I could get a response that wasn't automated. At first their offer was to still fulfill my order and offered me a 10% refund. Since I no longer wanted the socks I requested my order be cancelled and asked for a full refund. This time they complied with my request. I was pleased with the rapid response once it was made clear I wanted my order cancelled. I am told that a full refund is being issued as well. So, if you are like me - I suggest reaching out to them until you are able to get a response from someone that can properly address your needs. I hope you have half my luck.

Worst website ever
I bought it on February 12th. I haven't received my order yet.. nobody sent an email explaining what happened so I sent an email asking, they take too long to respond. nobody answers me what day my order will be shipped. I said I wanted my money back as I don't have my order, and they want me to pay $ 9 in cancellation fee. ridiculous. terrible!!! Disrespectful

I tried to cancel my order a few days after I placed it (1/31). I still haven’t received my refund or my order because they said that the best they can do is a 20% discount, even thought their website clearly states they can do a full refund. I have been emailing back and forth asking for a supervisor or someone else and the representative dodges the question. I’ve sent about 10 emails already asking for a refund and they just keep giving me excuses.
Terrible terrible company- lie about timing and then they will not refund your money. Never order from here. This is a scam company. I plan to report them to my bank. I do not understand why the BBB has not shut them down!
I ordered on December 2 with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. On January 21st according to tracking it looked like it was still in China somewhere. After posting a bad review on Face Socks company in error I was informed that “MyFaceSocks” is a fraudulent knockoff company pretending to be “FaceSocks” with a very similar logo. Typical! $40 for a Christmas present for my son down the drain.
Avoid this company at all costs. The socks took nearly three weeks to arrive and the quality was absolutely appalling. The socks have been worn once and now need to go in the bin they look so bad - the print has faded and split already. The fabric was also more stocking than sock. I would ask for a full refund were it not for the equally appalling customer service system.
All in all a total waste of money. The product was so bad that I almost wish it had got lost in the post!

I placed an order Jan. 21st and I knew it would take 1-3 days to print 7-15 to ship, that’s a max of 18 days. On Feb. 11th I looked for tracking info to see how far away it was because if it was close whatever it’s a little late. When I got the link the last update was that it was in CHINA on Feb. 6th. I sent an email and all they did was send me a link.
Once I sent an email with further details about when I ordered, how there is no update, this is a Valentine’s gift they replied with “I just got notice that there will be stricter screening at customs”. Yes I’m sure you JUST got notice.
I apologized for my skepticism and asked for transparency since I’m sure this isn’t the first time the customs screening came to be an issue.
I asked for at least my shipping money back since I clearly didn’t get what I paid for. Didn’t ask for all of it back since I know it’s still a product I would want. I got absolutely no response from them on that part. It’s Feb. 16th, I still don’t have my socks.
Terrible service. Product is not good either. I paid for VIP on all my socks plus VIP shipping it still took 3 weeks + to deliver. Only pair has the face I asked for the other 3 pairs have nothing. Not what I ordered. I have sent multiple emails no response nothing. This order was $82.00 not cheap. Do not buy from this company.
Scam. Guaranteed delivery date means nothing. Socks were different sizes when they finally showed up a month late. I'm still fighting for a refund. Terrible company.

Ordered whilst they had a "guaranteed Christmas delivery" banner up, received my order in January. Had lots of back and forth with their customer service person about a partial refund, but the best they could do was 25% (increasing it each time I rejected their offer despite them saying at the time it was the best they could do).
Lodged a PayPal dispute which was rejected because apparently PayPal only care that the goods are what was described, not whether the seller's timelines were as promised.

They are a fraud company advertising that they're in the UK but really they're in Asia. Took over 3 weeks for item to arrive, then when it did it was damaged and of very poor quality. Paid by PayPal but could not get a refund as not on approved country list. Be warned !!!!
this place is a scam fraud company from asia, 0 customer service they just keep providing me with a japanese tracking number that never gets updated for over 2 months and I haven't received my order. No help no refund it is a total scam of a company please do not order you will waste your time and money.
First off I placed my Order (# AU60917) on Dec. 10 2019. I received my order today (01/22/20). It has been over 6 weeks. When I placed my order I paid extra for "VIP" service and was guaranteed 5-8 days processing time and another 5-8 days for shipping. This was obviously not the case. I feel company is dishonest and I will not be ordering from it again.
As for the quality of the product... It is poor. The socks are of cheap material and the cropping of the photo looks as if a child did it. The printed imagine is faded and looks cheap.
Overall I am extremely disappointed in my transaction with this company. I will not give it my business again and I discourage anyone from using the company.
