SCAM. I ordered 3 pairs of socks for Father’s Day back back in May and NEVER GOT MY ORDER. Until now! Very poor customer service.

SCAM!!! They took my money and it has been over a month and my order still has not come. Website claims everything is made in US and I received a tracking number it is coming from China! Customer service is horrible!!! She answers emails every 3 days and responds with “Your order will come eventually” DO NOT BUY. TOTAL SCAM!!

Great communication, so happy with the socks! Ordered my husband socks as a birthday present and they came on the day! And he's so happy with them! Thank you! Was worried because of the bad reviews but no need, great communication with the company too!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I wish I could leave zero stars. Ordering from this company has been the worse online shopping experience I have ever had. NO communication - total lies if you do get someone to write an email, which is probably not gonna happen aside from a generic automated response(Ive only gotten one despite MULTIPLE EMAILS) - I have pretty much had to write off my order and accept the fact this company has STOLEN my money, refuses to provide goods paid for, contact or communicate in ANY meaningful manner. I have never left a review like this before but its frustrating to be out of the 200 bucks I spent - Im a reasonable guy and was initially willing to work with them and be understanding - things are crazy for everyone these days, hell, I actually even tipped these guys at check out - I feel like a complete moron for letting them rip me off the way they have. F THIS PLACE. Such a friggin SCAM and I wish I’d seen this before placing an order with this BS company. With all that’s going on in the world, they sit pretty just stealing money from people on a daily basis? So disgusting. Finally get a response and they’re telling me I need to pay $9 to get a refund? In what universe does that work? Just 12 hours ago I got an email saying the order wouldn’t be done for 2-3 days because quality control didn’t approve them (not a good look, plus you’re lying to buy yourselves more time). Now, 12 hours later, she’s saying “they’re already completed so you need to pay a restocking fee”. What the actual F? They’ve got the wrong girl. I already reported them to the BBB and will take their scamming asses to court if it means shutting them down so they stop stealing from people.

DONT DO IT! Total scam. Ordered May 8 for Father’s Day gifts. Paid the extra $19.99 for expedited 1-3 day shipping. Tracking shows shipped 5/13/2020 and here we are, 6/22/2020 and nothing. I’ve been back and forth with their customer service via email, and continue to get the same response, blaming COVID and customs. I’ve DMd on Facebook, and Instagram, as well as one last email. If not resolved, I will dispute the charges on my credit card.
Wish I could give no stars
Wish I could give no stars. Orders on May 2 and 7 weeks later still nothing. Like the previous reviews, tracking shows label created not in system. Yes I received same emails stating stuck in customs blah blah blah. Very disappointed and wish I had seen reviews previously posted. I will be reaching out to my credit card company.

Purchased for birthday gifts and paid more for in time delivery. It's a month later and the tracking status has not changed in 28 days. Customer service says they can't tell me the status of my order but can send me the status of another customer that ordered at the same time.
Bad customer service
I tried to return my order minutes after ordering (I had messed it up and wanted to change it), and customer service took four days to get back to me. By that time, they said that the order had gone into production and they couldn't. There's no way it had at the time of my request, so there is no reason for them to refuse a return. Not only that, but they were snippy and unprofessional.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I ordered socks and was emailed back a few days later saying my address was invalid. I replied with the address again, a few days passed and I received another auto reply saying my address was invalid. I finally got a real person via email and assured her my address receives post regularly. I then had to chase and chase to be told for a 4th time my address is invalid. At this point it had been 5 weeks, I asked for a refund because my partners birthday was well and truly over, finally a real person replied and they said no it was too late for a refund. SEND ME MY SOCKS THEN!! So I provided my parents address, again, told it was invalid. I have emailed multiple times and replied to their auto emails asking for feedback practically begging for someone to call me to sort out this address situation and I have not heard back from anyone. My card has been charged a stupid amount for a pair of socks ill never get.

If I could give it a zero I would! I ordered months ago and never received my order. Emailing gets you no where just the same run around!!! I finally received an email stating that they would finally give me a refund if I deleted this beautiful review!

THIEVES! This is a SCAM site. 2 Months and no product, no delivery information other than "awaiting shippment". Demanding money back or I am going to claim theft and have my credit card company look into it and flag them as illegitimate.

Just out of curiosity, what tracking number did everyone get? Dollars to donuts they sent us all the same “not yet in system” bogus USPS tracking number.

If I could rate zero
If I could rate zero, I would. This company is a scam. My order has been on a shipped status for over a month but when tracking, it says that it has not been given to the USPS (it’s still sitting in the warehouse). When I inquire about my order, I get canned, auto reply emails. I have asked for a phone number four separate times and all I get in reply is an email blaming coronavirus. They promised 15% back from my order....once I receive it. I have demanded a full refund three separate times. I have reported this business to the BBB. I will post another review if I do ever get the product that I ordered.
Still Questionable, but did deliver product finally
(Original Title-Don't order from this company). I would still question their business. Without any real communication from them that was trustworthy, I disputed the charge with my cc company (did release dispute after receiving merch). I've kept the original post below, but did eventually receive product almost 60 days after ordering. Their customer service was not good at providing any real sense of knowing what they were doing and if I had it to do all over again I wouldn't order from them. 26 days after shipment, kept promising delivery. Shady USPS tracking number, no accountability. Wish I would have read these reviews sooner also. Live and learn
