4 useless pair of socks
EDIT: They offered me a 30% refund to delete this post. I asked for a full refund instead and they bumped it to 40% refund. To acknowledge and celebrate what an awful investment this was, these socks will now be framed on the wall as a controversial art piece. I didn’t read the reviews before my purchase. It arrived and I was kind of disappointed at first glance due to the printing rollers streaking through the design and how dark it printed the image. I bought 4 men’s pairs for Christmas presents and they didn’t fit any of them, and I tried them on my feet (ladies 9) and they still don’t fit that well, the image is all stretched out and the spot for the heel doesn’t line to my heel. I think they sent me kids socks, which leaves me 4 expensive socks that fit no one.
Don't bother from China
Don't bother! I thought I did my research and ordered from a US company-fake address in the website from NJ, well they are not, they are from China and a hong kong bank charged me- not the correct amount either. Website said I will get by Christmas not true either.

What a scam company! missed package no reimboursement, not even answering! TOTAL SCAM!
Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointed to discover the company is advertising, as if it were based in Australia... only to learn my order is arriving from China, and will not be here in time for Christmas despite ordering 2wks ago!

So very disappointing and frustrating to have no socks to give out at Christmas, despite ordering them weeks ago. I would definitely NOT use this company again

The website says they are in New Jersey. They are actually in China. The socks are suppose to be here by Christmas but have not left China yet. This is a scam! Stay away!

UPDATE: Received them today (28 DEC). Picture quality is good, sock quality acceptable, though probably not worth the $55 for two pair after tax and shipping. Still leaving as one star because they “guaranteed” Christmas delivery weeks out and didn’t respond to my inquiry. Scam, as noted by many other reviews. The grammar on the five star reviews pretty suspect and probably written by Chinese thieves. Website guaranteed delivery by Christmas when ordered weeks ago, but now can’t get a status or any customer service respnse.

This company is based in CHINA. Please be aware that you will not receive your order in the quoted time frame. I placed an order on December 5 and still not items. The only information I get is that the order in at a USPS facility. Which facility I have no clue. Do yourself a favor and order from a USA company. Don’t make the same mistake I did. DO NOT order from this company.
Zero stars if possible
Zero stars. Absolute scam. They say they’re in Australia but the shipping notification comes from Shenzhen. Then they use yun track express which is also a sham business. The parcel had never showed up. Their customer service is automated and the only response I get is to keep checking the tracking. The tracking hasnt moved for 10 days. We are without Christmas gifts and a loaf of $$$ AVOID

Cannot give them a zero or I would
Cannot give them a zero or I would. Was supposed to be here for Christmas but package supposedly package has been in CA for the past week. Will not be here for Christmas if it shows up at all. Wish I seen reviews prior to ordering. Now I am out $70 and need to go shopping again.
Super happy with my purchase
Although I had to wait a little longer than expected my item arrived and I have to say I am so pleased with my item. After reading bad reviews I was worried about how it would be, yes the material is thin but the picture quality is brilliant so overall I am super pleased and will shop with this company again. Customer service respond quickly and are extremely helpful.
Don't do it!!
I paid extra for VIP service which was supposed to mean the socks would be coming from Australia. After 10 days I received a tracking number, which shows the package has arrived at a centre in China. Not happy! They won't be here for Christmas, and I have been lied to.
Disguised as an Australian company
Disguised as an Australian company - The items are printed in China - I have not received my order despite ordering it Nov 23 (It's now Dec 17). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM it's SCAM!

THEY CLAIM printed in Australia, they are printed in CHINA. They promote the website as all Australian manufacturing, its not. The website marketing is a lie, use another company.

top of the webpage states printed in Australia. Email with tracking for the order shows being sent from china If they lie about that i wonder what product I am really going to get
Great service and great socks!
The socks are brilliant and my wee girlfriend will be so happy when she sees her beloved pooch on them at Christmas time. There was a little delay on delivery but no fault of the company. Melody at Myfacesocks kept me in touch re delivery which was brilliant. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you.
Very happy with my boxer shorts.
I received boxer shorts and am very happy with them. It did take 6 weeks to receive them though because they were made in China and sent to my residence in Illinois (USA). I was worried this might be a scam since it took so long to receive the shorts, but it wasn’t. Tracking was limited but their Customer Service answered all my questions and promptly.
