Total rubbish product
Total rubbish product, and took ages to be delivered as didn't state from China or I would never have bought from them . From other reviews it seems I was lucky to receive my order but as ordered for a present I am embarrassed to give as a gift. The quality is one star at best , just wish I'd researched the company before buying. Don't waste your time and money ! Avoid !
Crooked Liars
Like many others said, I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I Ordered two pairs of PJ’s with my cats faces on them, one small for me and one large for my husband. I paid extra for “VIP services” LOL... $170 later I receive my PJ’s and the large and small are the EXACT same size and comically small. Absolutely no difference between the two. We measured everything and took pictures, sent them to customer service. Weeks later no response, so I continue to poke. They finally respond and send me a sizing chart for socks (not pj’s) and say “too bad you ordered a large for your husband, you should have looked at the sizing chart” and they claim they can’t see the pics. I send again and they responded by saying that the small and large are listed on their website as less than one inch sizing difference. Regardless of their slimy, crooked, lack of regard for the widely accepted [small, medium and large] sizing, the inseam listed on the website is 35 & 36 inches while the ones we received are 28 inches. I thought I was receiving something that would actually fit my 6’3 husband (34 long). They refuse to refund me though I am only asking for half of my money back since, by some miracle, my little legs fit the comically small bottoms. What they sent us is NO WAY what is listed on their website. They clearly use the crooked sizing chart as a way to cheat customers. They are liars, running a scam business meant to steal money from innocent folks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND REPORT THEM IF YOU’VE BEEN WRONGED.

Ordered some pet photo socks from myfacesocks.com.au recently and both the service and the product was excellent. There were some slight delays due to Covid and I enquired about it, and they got straight back to me. Really good service. Very happy customer!

I ordered some socks for my friend's birthday with her face on them. They turned out so well. I am so impressed! They did such a good job. Definitely recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.
Refunded
I ordered then read the reviews 5 mins later so I panicked. I immediately cancelled my order and was praying they will refund. They replied within 10 hrs and issued me withbs refund. Just wanted to post this as they communicated well. But definitely mislead to believe they are a UK company and my order will come in 10 days.

Great customer service by Umer following up my missing order. 4 stars not 5 because the ordering system is slow but Umer always responded to my emails & did as promised even if it seemed an unusual process. Prompt customer service but my orders were not received promptly.

Wish I did more research before ordering, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They claim to be Australian owned and made yet my order came from China!!! Took 2 bloody months to arrive and the quality of their products are absolutely CRAPPPP for what you pay for!!!!!

Still waiting for my order placed early July. Apparently from Australia and takes 10 days. Company refuses to refund. What a joke. I have since been emailed by management asking for me to delete this review for a 20% refund and more lies. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I would give this company zero stars if I could! SCAM! It says all over their website 100% made in Australia and would be 10 days to deliver, which is the only reason I purchased from them (I want to support Australian businesses, and didn't want to wait for shipping from overseas). Then I get my tracking info & it's all in Chinese. 2 months later and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! They are refusing to own up to the false advertising or the delayed shipping. They keep saying be patient. Total scam and I don't think I'll ever get my order, or a refund. I ordered august 3 as I wanted it for Father’s Day, and with covid I was happy to be patient but now it’s becoming a joke... my order has apparently been sitting in Sydney for over a week... they told me 3 to 5 days on Wednesday last week, it’s now Thursday and nothing has arrived...

Socks arrived, on time and they look good
I ordered two pairs of socks, and then two days later i checked the tracking to find nothing had happened. So then I thought I would look up the reviews, and as you can see from this site, they're terrible. Totally assumed I had gotten scammed, said goodbye to the money I'd already spent, and went to another website that appeared more legitimate and bought another pair of socks. Wellllllll, the MyFaceSocks showed up, took about 2 weeks, but that's okay with covid-19 and all. The tracking history says it was sent from Sydney, not China or HK as others had reported. And they look great - my pooch's face looks really good, decent quality. Very happy, especially considering the low expectations

Faulty Product
Socks arrived with someone elses photo on them, not my sons. Multiple emails sent chasing refund and no reply received. Disgraceful service. Do not buy from them!!!

Worst online shopping experience ever
Like others, I wish I had read this site before buying. The site says the socks are made in Australia, and that custom orders are shipped from Australia. I ordered at the end of July, they are still not here and when I look at tracking they are supposedly still in China. So disappointed, I had ordered them for my daughter. Would really like my money back. Do not buy from this company!

I stupidly purchased 3 pairs of socks for $30 each... Apparently made in Australia. Never arrived then I get an email saying sorry your address is wrong now we will ship them from our factory in CHINA!! still didn't arrive. Absolute joke. Should be taken down.
False advertising! SCAM
My Face Socks AU claims their products are ‘Made in Australia’. They most definitely are not, they ship from Hong Kong. I got my tracking number, the website was all in Chinese. They guaranteed delivery by Father’s Day, also not the case, my package is still in China. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, this company is false advertising and running themselves a big ol scam.
My socks were cropped horribly, bad quality
My socks were cropped horribly. I wish I had seen this website first. The edge of my bird face was a straight line (ie not cropped nicely as they suggest). Also, they sent me someone else's socks by accident. The quality of the socks is awful, like cardboard. Also I think they are made in Hong Kong (not Australia) as that's where the tracking was from
Scam!
I purchased socks from My Face Socks AU. The stock never arrived, provided with a fake tracking number, they delete negative reviews on their Facebook page, they claim to be Australian made (actually China). I’m lucky I paid with PayPal and got my money back.
