Consistent, reliable, great communication. I love it when a company you work with sells itself because its products or services aren’t smoked and mirrors. I get monthly updates, if I check my accounts balances they are all reflective of my monthly updates, if they aren’t then its an easy call away to fix… can’t really build much more value than that. Wonderful.
They provided a way to pay down my debt in one of the darkest times, and I am so grateful that I was able to rein in the insane credit card fees and actually pay it off.
If you are trying to get out of debt, got to American Financial Solutions first! There are no gimmicks, no tricks, just decent straight up help. Unlike some debt "settlement" companies that advise you to stop paying and tank your credit, AFS negotiate with your creditors to get your payments to an affordable sum with regular payments to get your debt paid down without destroying your credit. They helped me finally become debt free after years, and as far as I am concerned they're the only real option.

I was dreading trying to figure out how to survive after a divorce with moving out, using credit cards to survive, finally getting a job and trying to LIVE and pay off the debt I accrued. I was riddled with guilt of how bad I let it get. The woman that helped me the first time I’ll never forget, I was in tears and she was like hey it’s okay that’s why we’re here to help. Everytime I called and spoke to a woman representative it was such a pleasant and kind experience that I just felt such joy. My last payment the woman I spoke to told me congratulations and you should be proud. I cried when I was 2 payments away and I cried when I paid my last one off. The customer service was always helpful and fast. I also liked how honest everyone was from the beginning. I was helped by being given multiple choices not just one and that made me feel better about going through the financial difficulty I was in. I hope it never happens but if I were to ever get in really bad debt again I would definitely seek help again.
