They helped a lot in the beginning after that I had to contact my own creditors to setup my payment plans and get balances etc which I thought they would do.

We understand that having to contact a creditor yourself can be frustrating, especially when you're expecting us to handle as much of the process as possible. While we work directly with creditors whenever we can, some creditors will not release payoff or account information to third parties, even with authorization on file. In those situations, we may need to ask clients to contact the creditor directly to obtain the information needed to keep things moving forward. Honestly it has been a while since I had signed up but I do remember it being a pretty easy process to start up. Recently I had paid a few things off early and my contact was very responsive and made it very painless. Very glad to have this taken care of.
