I have to fight for my points. I get pet food from Chewy and I rarely get my points without putting in a ticket. Right now I have five unresolved tickets dating back to the beginning of March for purchases made last year.
Mypoints leaves us with so many ways they could help us but just enough good things to keep us involved. Surveys is still a major problem. My wife and I still can't get mobile app activated. Therefore we have no access to the games that can be downloaded. Contact us and let us help mypoints be an even better website and earning program for us
I've been using MyPoints for several years, and have cashed out numerous giftcards, mostly for Paypal and a few for Amazon. There are many different fun ways to earn points, and it doesn't take long to rack up enough points to have the minimum amount to cashout for a giftcard. It usually takes about 2 days for the money to hit my Paypal account, but I've received it every single time. This app is the real thing, and if you need a way to keep a few extra bucks around, I highly recommend you download this app!
Customer service is always very helpful. Thank you so much!
Great app to use when you're deciding to get an app. My points add up and before I know it, I'm ordering another gift.
As always happy with Products and Service - never disappoint! Been a customer for more than 30 + years and guess what still going strong !
Received my gift card very quickly. Was able to use it on a gift.
Everything went so smooth getting my Gift Card.
I like this very much. I just don't like having to wait several days for the certificate to be emailed to me. Also, why do we only get 1 point for attempting a survey. When I joined it was 10 points, then it went to 5 points and now just one point. It's hardly worth it to even do a survey.
This was a gift for my grandson and was so easy to print out to put in his card.
Good customer service, fast response.
Enjoy giving my opinion and getting rewarded for attempting the survey
I was able to buy a pair of shorts for $5.96 using the $15 credit I got from My Points!
Redeeming points was very easy. Selected a PayPal bonus which was delivered in a couple of days as stated and as expected. Very happy to have this as an option as it allows me to use the points for any purchase at all, rather than a gift card. Thank you and keep up the fine work!
I love my points, Gives me the chance to earn points every day with surveys and just opening the app
Redeeming points to pay pal was seamless and speedy.
