Easy to redeem my points but my points com deducted $5 from what I redeemed which was $10.
I get points to trade for gift cards.
I like it for getting points and then trading them in for gift cards or buying things on-line. Finding things that I may not find in anywhere else.

Why do I need a mobile phone to verify my identity? I only have a landline. This is not fair to people who cannot afford a cell phone. I am on a fixed income

I am able to redeem rewards without any purchasing, although taking surveys now has become fruitless. It seems I complete them or nearly complete them and I get zero points.

Took a week to get my gift card
Took a week to get my gift card. Another site that I am on had it to me in 2 days. I think this site could do so much better but I will continue to use as I need the extra money with the clowns we have running the country right now.
