Getting points in this app is hit or miss . Denied several times though I bought thedescribed product , did not use any paper or digital coupons , did not use other apps.

Doesn’t credit, buggy
First, when you try to cash out 1500 points, you find out that it’s not $15. 2400 points is. So you’re doing surveys for pennies. Yesterday I reached the screen where it said that I had completed the survey. It asked if I’d answer a few more questions. I said yes. It froze. I never received my points. Support has not replied in 24 hours. Just now, I did 2 surveys that shows you 3 videos. I got to the end of both, and both said I didn’t qualify. Both had the wrong time listed. I understand now. I’ll never get the 600 points I need to cash out and delete this. Use any other survey company, and 500 is $5.00, and you can cash out that low.

Most of the surveys do not work or they kick me out. It takes FOREVER to accumulate points.

The previous redemption was a $10 and $25 Prepaid Mastercard. They have not been redeemed because they to not work as a form of payment. I don't know why. I would like to redeem for something else.

I love MyPoints because it lets me make extra money for giftcards for things I would not ordinarily buy or spend money one. I traded in points for a Pay Pal gift card and the processing and redemption was quick and easy!
