My points alerted me when I was shopping online that there were points for purchases through the company I shopped, which is a huge help to someone like myself who would never remember to shop through my points in order to receive points for my purchase. My points show on my account when expected.

I have been using the app for years and have not been disappointed. I get my rewards promptly and customer service is always responsive.
Slow redemption process compared to other sites
With my "other" points websites, once I redeem my points it usually only takes a few minutes to 24 hours to receive my reward. With My points, it took 3 days to receive my reward. The whole point of my redeeming my points for a $100 Target gc Friday evening was to replace an airfryer that died Friday afternoon. The sale on the airfryer ended Saturday evening. Also, from Fri-Sun I has no way to cook food, I could only eat canned food.
I love MyPoints
I love MyPoints. The ease of getting points, perks and definitely Bingo. Only issue is how long it takes to get rewards once points have been redeemed. Otherwise I’d have given 5 stars.
