I love the look of my new gold designed straps and watch covers! I was able to completely redesign what was a good functioning apple watch (stainless steel) into a stylish looking watch with different looks to match my wardrobe. And their customer service is excellent! Ron was so helpful in helping me find/exchange a new watch cover to help complete the style of the new bands I found on the website. His communication was excellent (prompt responses) and he was able to offer me a discount on top of all the help he already gave me! Highly recommend My Pretty Strap!
This was my second purchase from My Pretty Strap. The quality is phenomenal. My first straps and face covers still look brand new. There is literally a strap for every occasion. I get compliments everywhere I go. People ask if I had a professional Jewler create these pieces. This second purchase got mailed out and then Canada Post went on strike, so my package was stuck. I contacted Support, Ron responded within a few hours and had another package sent out through a private courier. Not only is their product phenomenal, but their customer service is second to none!
The watch straps are stunning! I got two and both look amazing. One however was some how damaged I emailed support and had a response within 12hrs (I sent the email late at night) Ron was extremely helpful with my query. I have never received better customer service. My Pretty Strap should be proud of their incredible customer service. Will definitely shop again.
