There was a glitch while processing my purchase. It wouldn’t take my payment info. Shut down my IPad and tried again and it worked just fine. Glad my info was all saved. 2nd try was a 5 star..
Worse experience ever for online shopping. I wanted to return my purchase as it didn’t fit. Needream offered to refund me a fraction of the price I paid. I wasn’t happy with that offer and they increased the amount of the refund and it was still not enough. I wanted to return the clothing for a full refund but in order to do it via Australia Post, I needed a phone number. Did I ever receive a reply after numerous emails, no. Then I gave it. Cut up the dress and used as rags. Will never purchase from Needream again!
There was no obvious size chart, at least not one that I found. Perhaps it was there and i didn't find it. Your website is not very user friendly.

I have been wanted this jacket for several weeks but I just could not afford it. Well I keep looking at it and I bought it and I cant wait to receive it
The blouse I bought is nothing like the photo ads depict. It is absolute rubbish. After some weeks they offered me an USD8 refund which I accepted as I thought it was easier to do that than continue fighting. The blouse has gone to a charity shop. I will never buy from them again. The date on my review isn’t exact but sometime in June 2026.
Ease of shopping, great selections, positive experience
Was pleased to receive the discount for the items that I purchased. But wasn’t too happy after making the purchase to learn via a special offer that the items along with many other items were available to me for an additional 20% off. Not a practice that customers appreciate. I can’t say I’ll be purchasing anything from you again. I would have appreciated knowing that if I made a purchase another special incentive would be offered. Can’t speak for the quality of the clothes until I receive them.
I like the Jean jacket but was most unhappy when I pressed it and found the twisted hem on the sleeve.

A scam. Clothes not from America but cheap clothes from China. Will not get a refund unless they receive item returned at your own cost Over £20 from Uk to China. Said they would give £16 refund if I kept blouse. Yet to see it in my acct. also you will not find a site called Needream. Only will see support@ Needream .com
I purchased cotton/linen dresses and received 100% polyester. When I contacted customer service I was offered 5% refund and to keep the dresses. This company is a scam. If I want 100% refund I have to post item to China, which would cost the same as the item I paid for. Total scam. This company needs to be banned.
