Your package shipped on the 8th and is still showing in transit according to the tracking. The website always send a tracking email which likely went to your spam folder if you didn’t see it. Since it has been this long we will file a missing mail inquiry.

Been almost a month since my order, it is still "awaiting fulfillment" status.
I've sent a message a week ago asking for an update or any communication on my order, but no reply has been given.
I've tried several other companies to get a fragrance oil with a true creamy, decadent, and sweet scent of marshmallow and they failed miserably. This is spot on! I hope they get more of this in different sizes back in stock soon!
The scent was great. Reasonably priced. However, the time it took to ship and receive is a red flag. I don't know their business model but it took 3+ weeks (5/30 - 6/24) to get my order. I can't afford to source product that has that amount of lead time.
Oils are great and sad to see one of my best sellers was discontinued. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. None of my attempts to reach out via email or Instagram have been responded to.
