Customer Support was great in helping me address and unexpected change in plans. They easily transferred the tickets from my name to my friend's name so that the rest of the group could enjoy the show as planned.

This site has the worst customer service in the WORLD. In late April, I bought tickets for a show that I had to cancel and repurchase for a different date. They wouldn't give me a refund, but offered me a voucher that was supposed to be good for a year. When I tried to use it less than a month later it didn't wasn't accepted. I'm out $336.00 and I can't reach anyone by phone! There's no contact information listed except for a lousy "Contact Form" which they don't respond to, or email address to a help line or any other way to sort out a problem. There are just too many glitches in this set up. Take my advice and avoid New York Theatre Guide like the plague. There are plenty of other sites.

Alex was very helpful and took the time to properly review my situation after my Book of Mormon performance was canceled due to the theatre fire. I had originally rebooked using a voucher from a prior purchase, so the refund situation was a little complicated, but Alex helped sort it out and processed the refund back to my original payment method. I really appreciate the patience, clear communication, and help getting this resolved.

The show exceeded my expectations. This is my favorite musical and every aspect was wonderful. Every actor’s performance was spot on. “Till we reach that day” before the end of the first act. SPECTACULAR!! Even Coalhouse was emotional. We would go again if it wasn't so expensive to cross the river with the added fees. Great venue, never been in the Vivian Beaumont Theater before but interested in going again. No bad seat in the house.

My grandchildren were completely mesmerized by the whole show!!!! The Uncle was amazing! He kept the children totally focused on the show!!! The nephew was incredible! I was personally trying to figure out who was having more fun…the kids in the audience or the 35 year old bubble master!!! I’m bringing my younger grandchildren back asap!!!! What a fun time we had!!!!! The people who were taking pictures of us in bubbles were so positive and friendly! The whole staff were amazing!!!!! I cannot wait to bring my other daughter and her family back!!!!

I’m Irish and plan on visiting the states this week. I was hoping to see a broadway show in New York but accidentally booked one that wasn’t going to be showing until the end of the month! The customer support specialist (Andy) very kindly helped me out when I experienced a bit of difficulty redeeming the voucher I received from cancelling my initial tickets. Absolute life saver!! The six queens of Henry VIII finally get the spotlight they deserve, and these incredible performers make sure their voices are heard loud and clear. Powerful vocals, dazzling choreography, colors and lights. Even from row M at the back, I could see everything perfectly and felt completely part of the energy on stage. Six is bold, clever, and utterly unforgettable – a must-see for everyone!
