Zero customer service. My order was left in my bin, which would be fine if the driver had notified me of this. But they didn’t, and my neighbour kindly put my bin out for me and the package ended up in the dump! This was their courier services fault, not mine! And yet I have sent 7 emails, only one was replied to and that was to show me the proof it was in my bin! Resend the package and take it up with your courier! That’s basic customer care!
The pain in my right sole of my foot completely went away once I started wearing the sport recovery slide. I was amazed that it worked so well in a very short time. I was skeptical at first but now I am totally on board.
Far from relief from pain, these sliders CAUSE me joint pain. The footbed is concave so the outer toes are pushed inwards. basically creating a bunion type problem Rubbish customer service too, they won't refund me as I've raised this just after the 30 days
I’ve been purchasing and wearing Oofos products for many years and the order that I put through a week ago arrived and seemed normal but within the first 3 to 4 times using them (not weeks, days) it felt like getting into something that was a month old with use. This was the OoLaLa product for women. I was very disappointed because I bought three pairs believing that it would last me well into the winter of 2026. When I tried to contact them, I realized that I couldn’t even talk to a customer service representative anymore. You either have to email or text the main number and the text said a service rep would be with me shortly. close to 40 minutes layer and nobody responded. so I will probably not ever use the product again. It’s time to find a different brand of shoe.
Horrible product… two different pair broke in the cross strap within 2 days of wear! Never will I buy again
I have been wearing OOFOS for over 5 years. They are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned. I have neuropathy in my feet and they are the only flip flops I can wear. Also I can walk 2+ miles with them! Thank you so much!

Placed an order but I forgot to update my shipping address from Florida to NJ. Tried calling customer to correct it before it went to the wrong place. Called service figuring someone would be able to correct my address and a recording stated that they would get back to me in 24 hours. By that time, they would probably ship it to the wrong place. I had to go in and cancel the order, fix the address and then reorder. This could be a lot easier to speak with someone. I had to keep watching my credit card for the refund that finally came 6 days later. Terrible service, never ordering from them again. There should be a way to rate zero stars since that is what it was.
Delivered my order a stranger in a completely different town. I had CCTV proof of non delivery a photo of the order being delivered to a complete stranger and tracking information. Yet it took 7 days after “delivery” to issue a refund and that’s only because I chase multiply times. Very poor customer service and no real answer just well check with DPD.
Love the Women's OOlala Luxe Sandal. The cushioned sole is perfect for my meniscus-repaired knee with some arthritis flare-up. Update - ordered 2 more pairs. Great shoes
I genuinely regret spending money on this brand. The marketing makes it seem like you’re getting high-quality, long-lasting comfort, but the reality is completely different. The product felt decent for a few days, then quickly lost its support and started showing signs of wear way sooner than expected. What frustrated me even more was the customer service. Getting a real response felt impossible, and when I finally did, it was generic and unhelpful. For something priced this high, I expected at least basic support and accountability. Overall, it feels like you’re paying for hype rather than actual quality. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be buying again.
I've had very, very positive experiences with this shoe company. I have ordered six or seven pairs, and everything has come out beautifully! I never have had to make a return. And i've never had any problems. Not sure why they have a low rating as this is the only shoe that I wear. It is absolutely wonderful for my neuropathy.
My wife wore her $100 dollar flip-flops once and they broke. Cheap materials

Oofos used to be the absolute best shoes for my foot pain. Actually the only shoes I could wear. So soft and squishy. Like walking on marshmallows. I just ordered two new pairs and they are horrendously, horribly uncomfortable. It's like they've put concrete into the soles. They are absolutely no longer recovery shoes. More like torture shoes now. What in the world did the company do! Why would they have changed a comfortable shoe into whatever this product is now? Needless to say I took both pairs back to the store. While there I tried on all different models and all but one of them is unwearable now for me. Of course the only one that was comfortable was one I already had and didn't need another. So now I'm trying to find some kind of shoes that are soft and actually comfortable since oofos are no longer wearable for me. I am very very sad about this and disappointed in the company. Bad move!
Absolutely worst experience they were advertised as recovery/around the house slip on well they spread out so much and I’m not overweight or anything like that so she agrees to me waiting for the same color they need it to come back in three months checked several times a week I finally call she got nasty it’s 3 months no returns click hangs up just nasty !
A friend loves her oofos and recommended I get a pair. Most users said the slides ran true to size, but mine are so tight I can barely get them on. They have proved dangerous on carpet for me, as they are awkward to walk in and sort of "stick" if you walk normally and don't fully pick up your feet, and they caused me to trip and fall. I do not like them at all, plus they're gross, they rub off the skin on the bottom of your feet, even though I keep mine well groomed, and they pick up carpet fibers and other stuff, it's really disgusting. I think they are overpriced and dangerous. I just threw mine away, what a waste of money. Another pair I bought at the same time, they have a cloth upper, the arch support sits in the wrong place and they provide no support-- or rather--bad support, and I wear those only to trash them in the garden. I don't get the hype about this brand, I am not impressed.
Wish I had read the reviews here. Purchased from Oofos.ie but it's coming from the uk I believe. Sized up but they were still miles too small so went to return. Saw that I had to bear the cost of the return. Accepted that and took it as my own misadventure. Noticed that when my refund arrived I was shortchanged and saw they had deducted the original shipping cost plus tax. So I got stung twice for shipping. Considering their sizing is so wildly off, I wouldn't take the chance of purchasing again since the return cost is mad expensive
Provided reason comfort following heel surgery, but just a couple of weeks in, the insole has patches of awful discoloration which I can remove. There are signs of deterioration of the major cushioned arch support area. Was initially impressed, but won’t be ordering again. For the extravagant cost, very dissapointed.
I purchased these shoes less than a month ago and have been disappointed with their durability and performance. I am frequently on my feet, and while they initially provided short-term comfort for my plantar fasciitis, that support did not last. Within weeks, the shock absorber began protruding through the insole, and the shoes have already become significantly worn down. Additionally, the material soils quickly and no longer provides adequate support or cushioning. Instead of relieving discomfort, they now contribute to foot pain and excessive perspiration. Based on my experience, this product does not appear to be designed for frequent or long-term use.
