I was trying to solve an issue related with my payment terms, looking to modify the 2nd payment of the contract, as during the selling process I was offered by the sales agent a flexible alternative to differ that payment. I accepted the T&C's based on that offering. I called to request the modification offered. Did not have a solution. Case Filed as 22282969.
