Last Friday I bought the Platinum course. My first class was a very bad experience, the teacher had no patience and refused to communicate in a way accessible for me as a deaf person. I requested a refund within the legal 7‑day cancellation period, but the official WhatsApp ignored me for hours. When they finally replied, they said I could only cancel by phone, which I cannot use. I had to ask my mother to call, and even then they made the process extremely difficult. Their own contract guarantees a full refund within 7 days, yet they told my mother I would still have to pay an extra fee, which makes no sense since it wasn’t charged during the purchase. They treat customers very well when selling, but afterwards the lack of accessibility and support is overwhelming

It was satisfactory. Thank you for your attention. The service is good. But the Open English certificate needs to be reviewed. It's very poor. Such a long course, but certificate doesn't have enough information to be valid in Brazil. I was discouraged because I needed a certificate for carrer advancement and the ones I got in the course Open English aren't valid. I will finish it, but I wouldn't recommend the course to anyone.

I'm taking this course since march 2025. In my opinion my classes was excelente. good teachers and I trust that I've lerned a lot. The only thing that I would change would be the time of the Conversations. I thing it should be at least 40 minutes.
