My experience was terrible
My experience was terrible. They have an outdated platform, and there are unexpected charges that are not disclosed at the time of purchase. On top of that, to make real progress in your learning, you need to pay extra for additional classes. They also make up to eight intrusive calls every day, pressuring me to purchase additional products and extra classes. Don’t waste your money on this platform. I recommend the “Speak” app instead — it’s much more affordable and has an excellent learning system. Best regards.

It’s great, but the platform has been glitching over the past few weeks. Frequent audio issues have arisen—affecting both my fellow instructors and me—occurring multiple times during classes. We lose our concentration quite a bit, as we have to refresh the page repeatedly.
