Good learning experience, but AI should be available for all levels
I purchased a promotional plan that included two accounts at the same time.
Currently, only the second account has access to AI features, while the main account does not.
During the support conversation, I was informed that the AI feature is only available up to level 3, and from level 4 onward there is no AI support.
This limitation was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase or during platform updates.
Since both accounts are part of the same plan, this situation is confusing.
I believe it would be much better if the AI features were available across all levels, as this would greatly support learning progression, especially for students or family members using the platform.
I hope Open English can review this situation, improve communication about updates, and consider offering AI support in all levels.
