I placed order with 2 day fed ex shipping. It took 5 days to receive my order. I could have gone to any local store to purchase a phone case but decided to go straight to the Otterbox source and order from a company I had heard so many good things about. I contacted customer support after two days of waiting and was given a very unsatisfactory response. Don’t think I will ever use Otterbox again or recommend your company.

Have used OtterBox products for years and love them. Was surprised to find out that a screen protector was no longer part of the case and I had to buy a separate one.
Easy to locate the appropriate cases for my phone. Ordering was simple and fast and the order was filled and shipped promptly. Plus they had a nice discount code for the case I wanted making buying direct the best deal. I've had Otterbox cases for every smartphone I've had.

I only trust Otterbox protecting my phones. I have dropped my phone a few times on roads, sidewalks, floors, etc. and never a scratch on my phone or any issues.
