Shipping
After I logged in (I'm not a first time customer) and when I was browsing the website, I saw a banner that said something to the effect of "free-2 day shipping". I bought and paid for my items on Sunday and was notified they shipped on Monday (and I checked the tracking). The package was shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which is no where near 2 day shipping. I actually had to go buy a case from Best Buy because I was leaving out of town and my purchase arrived after I departed for my trip. I was disappointed with the shipping.
The wrong size you sent a s 23 ultra and I requested a s26 ultra with no means to return it..

Well, the first otterbox I ever had I rolled my jeep. Before I rolled the jeep, my phone was in my cup holder. After I rolled my jeep, it was across the street, and worked perfectly. Jeep was totalled. I’ve been an otterbox faithful since.

Great Products
We got new phone cases and screen protectors recently.
IPhone 17 Pro Max and Samsung S26 Ultra.
We started with the Commuter Series cases but neither fit or felt right. So we switched back to their Defender series that I've been using for years.
Perfect fit, perfect feel and I' m pretty confident that it can survive any drop you toss at it.
Normally we get whatever screen protector the phone place has but this year they didn't fit with our cases.
I didn't even realize Otterbox made screen protectors but when I reached out they had them for our models.
Again perfect fit and easy to self install.
Otterbox is now our one stop shop for phone protection.
My overall, OtterBox experience was good, except for the quality of the product was very disappointing. I have purchased many OtterBox products in the past and usually buy them for quality and safety of my iPhone. This product in particular I felt was a very flimsy case and did not feel comfortable that it would protect my new phone. Customer service was very helpful, but since they charge for returning products, I probably would not go through them directly again.

Excellent service
I just received my new case today. Thank you very much. This is a huge improvement from my previous case. I know that even with quality control some things can slip by but true to your word you warrantied it. Thank you for the excellent service. That is why I have been with you over 15 years.
It wouldn’t take my address. I tried at least 8 times to get it to accept it
