Ordered screen protector and case for new phone. Currently have otter box and am happy with it. New one did not fit, despite the fact it was for the specific phone just an upgrade. Not upset about that, but the $8 restock fee was a surprise. Ordered the correct case, but it would not go on properly.

You have a good product I am a loyal customer for many many years.. It got harder to understand the difference between products in particular the two different defender series.. and I was trying to navigate and see where I can verify that a belt holder comes with it... Somewhere in the small words I read that it's available post sale for free but I still don't know exactly how to find it and how do I make sure it comes with my order..

Good Fitting Case
Ordered on Amazon. Case was delivered as promised. Case was a bit tight but worked well for my Samsung Galaxy S26. Additionally, Otter offered a free holder for the Case by scanning the bar code they gave with the case.
