The hip clip I received for my iPhone…

The hip clip I received for my iPhone 17 is honestly terrible it doesn’t hold your phone in very secure constantly falling out or not wanting to clip in the right way causing the case to get lifted and bent and then stuck inside the clip.

I’ve used OtterBox cases for years and…

I’ve used OtterBox cases for years and they have never failed to protect my phones. The only reason this is not a 5 rating is a recent change that you can no longer purchase it with the belt clip, the clip must be requested from the company. This has left my new phone at greater risk of damage or loss for the time it takes to receive the clip.

Mixed Review for OtterBox

I really like the Defender series case and clip. It's what I expect when I hear the word OtterBox. However, I'm really disappointed that OtterBox only makes the Defender series for a very limited number a phones. This has limited me to the type and size of phone I can purchase. I need the Defender series case and clip with the type of work I do to keep my phone safe. I'm also shocked at the current cost of the Defender series case and clip. However the website did give me 20% off for purchasing two items which really helped out. The other phone cases that OtterBox is selling are not OtterBox quality and not worth the money. The Otterbox website was very confusing and difficult to use. Some of the case options for purchase are actually listed twice for a particular phone which made it very confusing. I had to go in and look up the product number and they were exactly the same. I had a hard time finding the back button to maneuver back to previous viewed screens and the system would not take my address unless it was typed out. It took me a half an hour of trying to process my purchase because I kept getting error messages about the address. I finally figured out that for 3 Mile Road I had to type out the word three.

I never received the item

I never received the item. It was shipped and the USPS said it was delivered. It wasn't. When I asked Otterbox, the response was check with the shipper. I shouldn't have to track it down. But, okay. Fine. I did - and the shipper said they delivered it. I don't have it. So - not sure what happened, but I don't have the time to track down YOUR inventory.
