Dependable Brand
I've been using otter since my galaxy S10. My phone survived all the falls because of otter phone case. Now that I have a new phone I still want that durable and dependable otter defender phone case.😄

Your employee was very peasant and helpful! She offered to fix the problem promptly and offered to replace a old otter holster that I turned in when I upgraded that was broken.
Always makes a good phone protector
Better instructions
Better instructions, I put it on upside down, and trying to fix it, it cracked on me. So never really had a chance to really review it.

Ordering was great
Ordering was great. The product I needed was available and the price was good. Third day waiting on a two day shipment with NO updates from FedEx. Main reason I ordered from Ottorbox was shipment time frame and price.

I would not recommend this coming from OtterBox and the price being $130You would think the stand/prop is a lot more durable it always gets jammed you can’t hardly close it. You feel like you’re gonna break it to get it open just wasn’t very happy with the outcome of the product and the durability

OtterBox products are#1
Ive always used a OtterBox to protect my phones. I have dropped my phone on numerous occasions, but with no damage thanks to the OtterBox products. They're the best!
The case is durable and looks great
The shell provides great protection for the phone.
The cover or frame of the item is good rubber making it virtually non slip while in your hand. Had one on another phone and the cover provides very good protection. Makes the phone a little heavier but leaves you feeling secure of the phone in your possession. The warranty is great
