The product in itself. This is my second case for the same phone. The case is over six years old and has started falling apart I ordered another cover from another company because it cost less and had a prettier design. After receiving it I decided I'd have to settle for the plain black one because of the quality of the product from this company, OTTERBOX.
OtterEasy! The ease of using your website made our search and selection of our accessories quick. The check out process was fast. The shipping is fast too! It was easy to verify that the accessories we needed would fit our product. I like OtterBox because it has proven high lasting quality in other accessories that we buy.
Did not receive what I had ordered. What was delivered was a case for a Samsung S25+, I had ordered a case for iPhone 17. As of August 6th, all I have is no case and an order number which I can't get to come up on the Otter Box website to see when my order will ship and expected delivery.
The free clip that comes along with a defender case had a QR code. It was easy to scan, order and get the automatic discount once code was added. Code was provided on the packaging and was easy to see and follow.

Great products, great customer service.so when I got my new otterbox I was disappointed it didn’t have screen cover. I didn’t understand screens covers were no longer used on certain models anyway. My phones last a long time(partly because I always use otterbox) so I don’t keep up with latest tech but otterbox does.

I needed a waist clip for my new phone as the Otter Box I purchased did not include one, But all I had to do was scan the code that had instructions on getting one free so that was simple.
The case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is a high quality product that fits perfectly. I was concerned that the quality would not be as good, but I am very pleased with the protection this case provides. The grip is non-slip. We'll worth the price paid. Delivery was quick enough and secure.
It’s an amazing case. Only downfall is the camera button cutout. I was able to send off for the belt clip an it arrived faster then the projected date. Over all case is great as I’ve used otterbox for all of my devices

Worry free ordering and prompt delivery. The only issue I had was my assumption that the Defender Series XT Pro Case came with the holster, all of the previous cases I purchased from Otterbox did. It was a minor inconvenience when I had place a separate order for the holster and not have the holster and case delivered together on the same day.
