On June 30, Pamono confirmed in writing that the listing would be taken down pending proof from the vendor. Instead it was marked as sold — the false description remaining live and visible. It has since been relisted for sale again, unchanged.
No reply to my follow-up requesting an explanation of this contradiction.
Pamono gave a written assurance. They did not honour it. The vendor continues to trade. The false description remains unchanged.

Warning about PAMONO
Warning about PAMONO: I bought chairs sold as authentic 1940s pieces, but they are clearly not genuine antiques. When I raised the issue, Pamono refused to take responsibility and hid behind an expired claim period instead of addressing the obvious misrepresentation.
A platform that claims to specialize in vintage design should stand behind authenticity — not abandon customers when problems appear. Extremely disappointing experience and zero customer protection. Buyers beware.

Mid-Century Mecca
I've bought some incredible vintage furniture and lighting - all Mid-Century Modern. I've been buying from Pamono since early 2024, and always received the items in excellent condition, as stated in the listing. The delivery service they use is outstanding, and Pamono is quick to respond when asked a question or needing further information.
My house is now fully furnished, so I don't spend much time on the site anymore, but I must say I enjoyed looking at all of the items available, and with patience, scored some really excellent deals!

Dream Shopping w/Pamono
Shopping the Pamono site is a dream - and a bit of a stressor since I cannot afford everything I want! I do enjoy getting inspiration for my space and seeing the product of decades of art and design practices. It is truly fascinating to see what people have created over the years.
I ordered an incredible leather sun mask that was shipped quickly and safely. Is is one of the most beautiful, mysterious and funky items in my apartment! I love it! Thank you Pamono!

A great site that makes you want to treat yourself to all these beautiful items, but the prices completely put me off. For example, the Terrazza de Sede! It sells for less than €12,000 new, and less than €10,000 on sale! Second-hand, it's even more expensive!!!??? Why??? It makes my head spin when I see that! I just can't understand it! Lots of things like that, inexplicable! So be a little smart and avoid getting scammed..
However, it's convenient because I search for an item, I like it, then I search for the same picture on Google and I find it easily for 10 to 20 times less. Otherwise, are the people who buy at such exorbitant prices under some kind of guardianship? I doubt it, because a reasonable person wouldn't buy from Pamono or 1STLIBS and the others who sell at prices ten times higher!
Un super site qui donne envie de se faire plaisir avec tous ces beaux objets, mais les prix me rebute completement, mais c'est pratique car je recherche un article, il me plait, ensuite je recherche la meme photo avec google et je le trouve sans probleme entre 10 et 20 fois moins cher, sinon les gens qui achete a des prix ahurisant sont ils sous tutelle ? Cela m'etonnerais, car une personne raissonné n'acheterais pas chez pamono ou 1STLIBS et les autres qui vendent a des prix X 10 !!!

I found the custumer service good but the vintage piece that arrived was not what I expected, due to the colors being off compared to the photos.
I bought a coffee table beginning of January 2026 and the Italian dealer keeps postponing the pick-up from his showroom in 2-week windows. We are by now at week 7 after my purchase and sadly Pamono keeps answering my emails only by pointing out that delivery might take 7-8 weeks, ignoring my concerns that something is wrong. I fear that the table is either not in the possession of the dealer or the dealer does not intend to sell the table after all. I don't want a refund, I want that table and I do not want to look for the exact table again... and have to wait for weeks again. I bought so many things through Pamono, but this time you really let me down! I think my first concerns about the purchase should have been handled in a better way by Pamono.

delivery date changed 5 times, still not delivered
Ordered a table and chairs and the delivery has been rescheduled 5 times. Had to waste holiday and in some cases the delivery was changed with less than 24 hours notice. Still have not revieved the items. Terrible customer service would not recommend. Also a very slow customer service that takes more than 2 days to reply to emails. Do not buy anything from this site
Everything worked like clockwork from order to delivery. Super thrilled with my purchase. Very professional. Item well packed and tracked. A+++ I will buy here again

Despite me ordering the Christmas gift for my wife on the 10th December it wasn't shipped for another week. And then it failed to arrive for Christmas. So my wife had to wait for it to finally arrive several days after Christmas Day. Why wasn't the order dispatched immediately given it was December and the volume of post is very high. REally disappointed with Pamono and their shoddy logistics

I have used Pamono for two big purchases. The second I had issues with and did a return through Pamono. They have a very set system which is a bit complicated - but understandably so for expensive product. I got my a full refund (minus one way delivery) so was happy with that.

This company has the worst service…
This company has the worst service ever. Ordered and paid for wall lights, delivery scheduled for a 4 week delivery. In the 3rd week, with no notification I reached out on their help line. Some 2 days later I received an email stating they cannot reach the supplier? I have now emailed again many times and also tried to phone the help line that is unanswered during their stated office hours.
This seems to be a completely disorganised company or a complete sham.... something is wrong here with their service and now I feel this will end up with a write off of the funds paid ? No one answers any request for help. Shipment quote to australia was very high, so you would expect some sort of service and quick delivery BUT NOTHING !!!

I found a reconstituted stone bust of Davide from the 1960's, it was wonderfully weathered and just what I was looking for to sit ontop of our well, in our medieval Italian palazzo. It was little more expensive than I could afford, so I made an offer, and an amount was agreed, that was satisfactory to me and the seller. When it arrived, the delivery driver was excellent and helped us with everything, as it was very heavy. It was well packaged and I am completely delighted with my purchase. My wife knows nothing about it, it will be in position and wrapped for her to discover on Christmas day,
