I love this site for everything I need for my jewelry addiction! LOL! The quality of there product is excellent and worth the little wait it takes to be delivered to the U.S. It’s fun just to open the app and do some shopping! Thank you! Lori Jo
What an amazing site. The selection is awesome and the order experience from choosing to having it shipped was very easy and smooth sailing. The items were so well packaged as well. It's a great site for everyone and the prices are good. I have ordered again I was so happy with my first order experience.
Great shopping experience. I'll be back thanks!
Great experience on the pandahall.com website. The stone beads are of very good quality, I will order again!
I had to change my order after it was already submitted. The customer service person handled the matter quickly and cheerfully, and with no additional cost or penalty. My revised order arrived in perfect condition, and my revision did not delay delivery. This company really cares about customer satisfaction. I am so glad I found them.
Amazing variety of jewellery-related products at great value for money. Highly recommend it!
just the best company on the market for retailers
Great items and great prices. Have to put order in quick cause items end up “out of stock”. They do give you a small percentage off, for selective replacements. Good prices for bulk items. Highly recommend!!
I’ve ordered many items with Pandahall. Been very helpful when I forgot and needed to add more to my order. Prices are nice. Will buy more items again soon.
super delay for some of my items, but overall is good
Pleasant to shop. The first order I had to remove for personal reasons, and the staff was really very kind and understanding. Even with refunds they were lightning fast. The second order was made quickly and despite a small wait due to an unavailable item, tutyo was successful. I was also treated very well and was given a discount coupon for my next purchase. Overall experience with the site is pleasant, low prices, wide range of well-made items and really fast shipping. I recommend everyone and will be back to buy from them.
I asked to cancel my order but they sent it anyway. They do not read requests. I buy the same items on Amazon even cheaper.
I always get my orders fast and the customer service is great- also products always as described.
I am very happy with my shipping, the services is very good, the shipping is very fast, the products amazing prices and very good quality. I have maden four shopping and everything it's excellent
I have been shopping with Pandahall for about 2 years now, and I have never been disappointed with their products or service. They also ship pretty quickly, even as compared to US-based companies! I have yet to get "dud" products, and when they have had supply issues, they've always contacted me and offered a nice discount on alternative products. Bottom line: Pandahall is one of the very few overseas vendors that I come back to, again and again, for jewelry-making supplies. They have an incredible variety of products, good photos and clear, accurate descriptions, and the prices are AWESOME. Shipping is on a par with US shipping prices, too, for the weight and volume. I highly recommend them!
Everything I've ordered from PandaHall always comes just as expected! They have a huge variety to pick from too!
Products are of great quality! Very please everytime I purchase.
I've ordered in bulk a few times and all of the items came quite fast and in great condition! Everything was packaged well and nothing was damaged. Pandahall is a great place to buy all of your items to make jewelry yourself.
I have been a Pandahall customer for 11 years. In that time I have placed 46 orders, totaling 6500.00$. I have only once had a problem with an order, and it was immediately was resolved. I've always received great: value, quality, and service from Pandahall. I will continue using Pandahall, and highly recommend them to anyone how loves crafting.
I am buying at Pandahall from about 10 years now, and I've never been desapointed. The choice is very large prices always fair when not cheaper, and last but not least, the customer service is one of the best I know. They answer very quickly, and manage to find a way that suits you, even when YOU make the mistake ! They really deserve 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
