Samantha and Paper Tube made it right!
Originally, I didn't get my package. I had used my PO Box and UPS delivered to an address I had 14 years go. UPS was no help, but Samantha from Paper Tubes reached out and got me a new shipment in no time. Was it an unavoidable headache? Yes, but did they rush to make it right? Also, YES!!
I am happy with the quality of these little boxes. They are very sturdy and I plan to order again soon! Thanks Samantha! XOXO

Poor product deaign
The boxes I ordered were not gift worthy and weirdly designed. This was extremely disappointing, because PaperTube has amazing quality products. I left a voicemail and asked for a returned call and the need for an RA number. But no one has returned my call

Unreliable
Accidentally ordered the wrong size boxes, because the size I need is almost always out of stock.
When I asked if I could return the boxes, they told me I couldn’t because they don’t keep track of stock. (Pretty pathetic for a business not to track their stock, if you ask me.)
I will no longer be using these products for my business, as stock is unreliable and this company’s customer service sucks.
