There is always a live person answering the phone to help with your order. They ship same or next day. Would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re glad our team could be there for you. We truly appreciate the recommendation!
From my conversation with customer service agent, Amy, to a very quick turnaround on my order, everything was flawless. The quality of the tubes that I ordered was excellent. I’m using 4” x 13” tubes to house wine bottles in a credenza in lieu of, separate wine racks. It’s working perfectly. Since my need was only for about 60 tubes, I was far less than a custom order, but Amy helped guide me through available products and this perfectly met my need.
Hi Scott, I am glad Amy was able to assist you in finding the perfect fit for your wine bottles. We will be sure to pass on the kind words to Amy and hope to continue to work together!
We worked with Paper Tube to create beautiful packaging for our luxury candle line, and couldn't be happier with the results. They worked with us extensively to come up with a design for our tubes that would convey the look and feel that we were after. Very friendly people who want to make sure that you are more than satisfied. For their custom design artwork, to the tubes themselves to the shipping, they handled the whole process wonderfully.
Hi Ryan! Thank you so much for the kind words. We are thrilled that you are happy with the packaging and that we coud help bring your vision to life while making the entire process as smooth as possible. We truly appreciate your trust in us and look forward to working together again in the future!
We have used various sizes of Paper Tube Co black tubes over the past five years to create our custom packaging, placing several orders and also making a custom printed batch with a metallic design. Amazing customer service and they really stand behind their quality guarantee. One time some tubes arrived with damage and they promptly replaced them. The best thing is the way they have maintained consistency over many years. I only order a few hundred of each size each year. It's reassuring to know they will have the tubes in stock when I need them.
