I was not only over charge for a stupid spring that I had to have for my xt225 carburetor, 17.00 plus 8.00 shipping, it said it fit my carburetor but it did not. Extremely frustrating!!!

I used Bryan.S chat to finish the parts project. He was great with the details. Easiest parts lookup is to use a VIN but they didn't have that setup. Bryan asked for the VIN and confirmed I had found the right parts. He was also able to provide part details not listed. Good service!

Ordered a set of 8 spark plugs. Three days later, I received an email that basically said, "Sorry. We only had one spark plug, but we are still going to charge you the $8.95 shipping." Three weeks later, they still have not shipped. I waited 45 minutes on the phone to demand the tracking number (Yet another piece of information that they never informed me) I typed in the tracking number at USPS and received this response: "A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries." Yep. It's probably not a good idea to do business with Partzilla. I wish that I could give a NEGATIVE star review.
The prices for the OEM parts I ordered were great, including very reasonable shipping. The item shipped within a week to me. Customer service was excellent.

Was looking for OEM Cloth saddlebags that I purchased from Yamaha after buying the new ,at the time, 2002 Yamaha VC1700 Roadstar Warrior V-Twin motorcycle. Thought I found the exact bags for the bike but since there was no image available decided to call Partzilla directly to double check. After spending 55 minutes on the phone with parts tech person David we made the decision that the bags were not exactly like the ones I purchased back in the day. Too bad but it did save me the hassle of a return of the product. David during his 55 minutes on the phone with was so articulate and helpful to find another product or manufacturer that would suit my needs. David sent numerous photos and links to help me. Ordered bolts for my sxs followed their installation video went to tighten first one it broke off in the engine. So I didn't tighten the rest. Asked for a refund they refuse they want to send me more of the same that bring off in my engine. Now I have to go get the broken piece removed, costing me more. They refuse to refund only replace. I've ordered from them before but will not use this company again, buyers beware
