Shirts

Shirts, as always, are great. The sizes carried also is good. The price increases in recent years, however, have limited me to only purchase items that are heavily discounted.

Size availability not clear

I do believe it would be helpful to your customer if you would note visibly what sizes are available. I became very frustrated when I would check on one after another only to find out that they didn't have the size I needed. Of course, I am happy for YOU that you have had good response to your sale, but the limited number of pieces available took a lot of time to go from one to another and another, etc. One idea is to show which ones are available by size.

Your new lines represent trending styles and the materials as well as workmanship on each item is excellent. I receive several compliments on the shirts, slacks, sport coats and accessories I wear from Paul Frederick.

I returned for exchange four shirts for sizing reasons. Return shipping was free. I received the replacement shirts in less than a week. No questions asked. I am very happy with both the product and with Paul Frederick's customer service. Thank you. LRR

I have purchased over $1,000 of shirts…

I have purchased over $1,000 of shirts from Paul Frederick in the past. I ordered two button down shirts recently. The white shirt had two stains on it. The aqua shirt appears to be an XL, I ordered a large. It says large, but I believe the factory mislabeled it. I have an identical large shirt that is much smaller and fits well compared to the "large" shirt that was sent. I have not heard back from this company. My experience with returns for Tommy Bahama have been excellent. They return you emails and jump over backwards to make sure you are satisifed. Paul Frederick customer service has not returned my email to them. They have lost a customer for life for a $150 order. I will now tell all of my friends to stay away from this company.

Love Paul Fredrick. Quality is great. Fit is very nice. Comfortable fabrics, especially the knit sweater polos. Shipping (even with alterations) is super quick. I cannot stop buying LOL.

I'm a long time shopper of Paul Fredick,but over the years 15-20 of them your clothing styles has become more trendy and no longer conservative business corporate ie: nice woven wool fabrics, very high level tailored, full cut fit etc. Therefore I don't order as often as I once did. Really wish you would consider providing a executive corporate line of "Fine" men's suits 👌🏾

Easy to navigate and shop, using their software interface. Great product’s and good sales, the only negative I would say, is they don’t keep enough inventory. By the time a product goes on sale, it’s nearly sold out, or not a lot of different sizes to pick from
