Great Pens and Great Customer Service!
I was looking for a quality pen and a reasonable price. I wanted to make sure that the text looked good and requested a proof before processing the order. The proof looked great and I requested and received only red, blue and black.

Too little to read and they Don't Care!
First time to order from them. Wanted website address on one side and name of Clinic and logo on other. The name of the clinic can't be read by the human eye! It is so small! Never saw on the proof how small and unreadable it would be on the final product. Not sure how anyone there would even allow that to happen! The Web address is perfect on the other side. When we asked about it basically said they didn't care not their problem. I know as the owner of 3 Clinics and 2 other business' that if I handle my customers this way I would be out of business. I hoping that the owner of this company had no idea of an employee representing the company this way. So I'm writing this in hopes that the owner reaches out to me to come up with a solution.

I have ordered many pens through PensXpress.com. Customer Service even called to let me know their designers thought my printing would look better on two lines - and was that okay with me? Every pen looks great and my clients ask if I have any extra to share!

I have been very happy with the product
I did the sample pack of pens and chose what I wanted from those. I have been very satisfied with the pens I received. They write well and the printing is very legible.
Pens for gifts
Those I've given the pens to like the writing quality & the grip but have found that the clip breaks off easily.
Custom printed pens
The tricolor pens I ordered were the hit of the office staff. they write well and with the rubber tip for electronic devices gives you a multi purpose tool.
