I really wish I didn't get this website confused with a VERY similar, TRUSTWORTHY online boutique I've shopped before. Unfortunately, this site appears to screen grab images from those trusted sites and uses them as their own so you think you're getting a high quality product and in truth, you are not. I placed an order Sept 21st and when I tried to stop after realizing what I'd done there is nothing at this point AND my items are still overseas.
NEVER AGAIN will I use or recommend this site to anyone. Buyers please proceed with high caution.
I ordered three shirts made with “quality fabric” they are 100% polyester and look cheap! I will be asking for a refund and sending them back. Can’t believe I waited a month for something of this quality and spent 75$ on it…
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 tops on September 6, 2024 for a trip I will be taking at the end of October. I received notice that the tops shipped on September 15, 2024 & arrived in the U.S. on October 1, 2024, since then there is no tracking updates and no way to contact the company other than email. After reading the reviews, I am very doubtful that I will ever see my order or be able to get a refund.
Cheap, stained and horrible service. I should know better to buy from these overseas cheap companies that post unrealistic photos of cute clothes. Don’t waste your time or money.
I ordered from their website on 9/27/24 after seeing multiple ads on Facebook for their clothing. As of today, 10/13/24 I have yet to receive my order and the tracking number provided shows that my items have barely even moved and doesn’t even give an estimated arrival date.

This place is a scammer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 dresses and it took several weeks to arrive. No return label or return address. Of course, they are at least 2 sizes too small (even though I ordered the size I normally wear). I have tried emailing them but they don't respond at all. Three dresses and wasted money. I have been trying to return 2 dresses purchased from this company. The process is very difficult, the dresses were ill fitting and the fabric quality is terrible and when I wanted to return them I was asked for my measurements and photos! When I refused I was offered 25% refund and I could give the dresses to friends or onsell them. Again I refused and am still waiting to receive details for return. Do not buy from this company!!
Horrible company, I bought 2 dresses that were too short. Wanting to return, they made it difficult to return. I had to email them for return address and they would email back trying to get me to keep. I will never buy from this company and tell others not to.

I ordered 3 dresses which took 3 weeks to receive. I did not like any of them, waaay too small given the sizings offered online and the material was not 100 cotton as advertised. I’ve asked for the return address and they want me to send them all this proof that they are too small and the material isn’t what I consider cotton. So far, they have not sent me the return address.
I’ll never buy from these false storefronts stores again.
The ads on instagram lead you to believe this is a store in the US. It is not and therefore you will pay international shipping fees to return anything. Seriously ridiculous and frustrating.
Ordered four dresses. One was good, another had clumps of white thread sticking out from a seam on a wine colored dress… tried to remove, but was afraid I was going to ruin the dress. Other two had issue with sizing/cut in the chest area on the V-neck tiered maxi dress which didn’t fit properly. The first “tier” of stitching was too high and actually cut across the chest, instead of below the chest. When I contacted company to return, I was told it would likely cost me $40 to return ship since they were international. They offered me 10% back if I kept the dresses.
Their return policy online states: Any pinklaura's product with a quality defect can be returned to us for a full refund.
10% off my order is no where near a full refund. Nor is paying $40 shipping to return items.
After several email exchanges, they offered me a 20% refund which I took because I was afraid if I sent the dresses back I’d get nothing.
I actually really like one of the dresses and have received compliments when I’ve worn it. Just sad I can’t wear the other dresses and only received 1/5 back of what I paid. I will never order from them again.
Do not purchase from these scammers. Ordered 2 items. First was supposed to be 100% cotton embroided dress. What arrived, (after lots of chasing) was nothing like it. Printed Poly fabric. Really poor quality. Asked for refund and enquired on where 2nd item was.
Offered 10% refund to not return item and ignored question about 2nd item.
After lots of back and forth told me 2nd item out of stock and would refund for that.
A week later nothing, so when I contacted again, advised too late for a refund as item had been shipped!!!
