Although the 2 sweaters I ordered were not exactly like the ones in the picture, they were close enough and well made enough that I’m happy with my purchase:) The negatives - it took much longer to receive than they originally said - It shipped after the supposed arrival date. The second pretty significant negative to watch out for is that after I ordered, I got 2 emails asking if I still wanted the items in my cart. I didn’t see the order confirmation (it was in my junk mail) and when I clicked on what was left in my cart, it was the same two sweaters. So I clicked order again, thinking it hadn’t gone through the first time. So now I have 4 sweaters..I will gift the 2 extras. So I was not fooled when ANOTHER email asking if I still wanted the items in my cart came…
If I could give it no stars, I would. Beautiful model on Facebook wearing velvet top that “Sells out every time they get them in.” This is erroneous and misleading. They do not have these in stock. They are shipped straight from China. But that’s not the issue. The velvet shirred blouse did not look good on me. I looked up return policy for Pink Laura. Followed the instructions to email them for instructions. The reply I got was to tell them my issue with the item before they would tell me instructions. I told them though the blouse was pretty, it didn’t look good on me. I got the same “auto response” as before. I responded again. I also had ordered 2 more tops. “Buy 2 get FREE SHIPPING”. After I placed the order, I discovered I did not get free shipping. (My fault). Since they have been giving me the run around for 2 days. I decided to cancel this last order. It has not yet shipped and they stated you could cancel an order before it ships. I shall see if they honor this request. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
I ordered the pink cute flannel jacket back in September. I have not received it. I have checked the tracking number and they have no record of this item. They have stolen money out of my account and I have no jacket.

I ordered a shirt and it took a month or better to get shipped. I was tracking it for two weeks and it got delivered to the wrong address. I live in Massachusetts and was delivered in Illinois. I have been emailing for a week now and they are not refunding me. I will never order anything from them again.

Ordered two dresses - I did eventually receive them but needed to exchange the size. One dress was faulty and I had to supply photos to prove it. Communication was poor and when I finally got a reply, I was told the return freight would be $65USD and offered a 15% discount - even then the company would be losing money! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Dress was not as appeared in photos. Very cheap fabric. No tag. Looks like a shower curtain.

I ordered 2 jumpsuits from Pink Laura. They were very cute but didn't look exactly like on video. One was a salmon color instead of rust as advertised. Material in other was not what was expected. Hate this "shower curtain" material. Plastic. Size is always hard when ordering from asian company. I sized way up. One was way too short and other would not go around my middle to do up. So couldn't wear either. But I did get them. And they refunded most of money without having to return. So they are legit that way.

Wanted to return, but they wanted pictures of it on me, and my measurements to prove it!!! Totally unacceptable! Then told me to keep it, because it would be $35.00 USD to return to China!

I ordered a wrap on the 17 of Oct,the ID number that I was given is not valid.
The company took my money,when I try to email the company,they ask me to pay 5.00 to find my order.

Where is my item, terrible way to run a business.
Received goods, some of which did not fit. Started an email trail that extended over multiple emails trying to get a return address. Delayed responses from the company, each email asking for more information ie., invoice then measurements, photos of return items. Still no address for returns. Finally they said in their opinion it's would cost me to much too return the items so I should keep them out give them away. Still no address for me to check this out myself. Because of the delays it was over 30 days since I received the goods and PayPal said I couldn't dispute. I'm my opinion don't deal with this company and don't try the email trail if you want to return items just got straight to PayPal off you have used it.
They state in there bio they do returns, they really don't. They offer 10% back to you because shipping BACK TO CHINA is so$$$.

Zero would be more accurate! Quality terrible, offered a 10% refund. Then a 25% refund! Escalated it through PayPal and have now agreed to a full refund if I return the items at my cost. Quoted $65! The return address is in China and don’t think the post office will accept the address as written (symbols). If anyone has a return address. Would be grateful if I could have it.
The dresses had no label on them. The material is like a plastic bag. The site poses as an Australian website but it not. The dresses took a long time to arrive. The dresses didnt fit across the bust even though I ordered a size up incase. The measurements on the website are inaccurate. This store would not give me the return address and instead said that if I returned them then it would cost me 60USD!!!!! They then offered me a 15% refund only. This seller is a con artist. Steer clear. Not honest and not good business!
Do not buy from this company as it is a…SCAM Big time. As the other reviews, it says cotton but its 100% polyester. Emailed several times re refund as soon as I received it. No Answer nor Reply.BEWARE
