After a year of successfully building a high-quality, approved catalog on Pond5, my entire portfolio was abruptly deleted overnight. Zero warnings. Zero strikes. Zero requests for my DAW (Cubase Pro) project files to prove human arrangement, mixing, and mastering. Why? Because their automated bot falsely flagged my hybrid workflow as "100% AI-generated." Instead of communicating with their artists, Pond5 prefers the "carpet bombing" approach. Delete the entire account first, send a generic copy-paste email later. The best part? Their support team stated that deleting my entire livelihood without warning was done "to protect me and the customers." Thank you, Pond5, for protecting me from earning money and growing my business on your platform. That is truly next-level customer care. If you are a modern music producer using AI-assisted ideation combined with professional DAW production, stay away from Pond5. They are legally paranoid, stuck in 2015, and will throw your hard work into the trash based on a bot's guess. I gladly took my exclusive catalog to platforms that actually understand and support modern hybrid workflows.

I've been using Pond5 for years. But recently my Sales dropped off a cliff. Also..... everything I submit gets rejected even though I've been submitting things for years and I'm not doing anything differently. The customer support has totally gone to shit. I can't talk to anyone to find out what's going wrong.
