We had a great salesman, Angelo Ciffone, who answered all of our questions, explained the options and fabric choices. I plan on doing more shopping at Raymour soon.

Mo the salesman was wonderful. Very helpful, patient and knew the merchandise well. He is kind and offered suggestions that demonstrated he listens well. A very pleasurable experience.
Communication is absent
Communication is absent - The lack of effort to truly assist customers does not exist. No one has the correct answer, no one takes the time to read notes. They hop on the phone expecting the consumer to continue to repeat themselves when they have notes on accounts for a purpose. Everyone has a different answer and no one seems to take the time to actually get the correct answer. I was given the wrong email countless times until I just used google and finally I had the correct contact. I requested a new remote for my adjustable base July 8th 26 it is now July 30th and no answer, recovering from an injury and it has been dreadful trying to get any assistance. Its all bells and whistles when your buying but when you actually require " customer service " it is nonexistent. I do not recommend buying from here if you require any real customer service - most are remote and you can hear the lack of care from the time they answer the phone. Managers always " unavailable"

It was all Jessie. She spent so much time with me. She was so helpful and friendly that I almost felt like I was in her living room. She found everything I needed, gave me great options and was extremely patient. I’m going to tell all my friends to shop at your store and ask for Jessie. She is truly a delightful person and made the day fun too. I bought a lot more items because she was so wonderful to work with. Great lady and great store
I bought at R and F several times but…
I bought at R and F several times but no more. Always offering gift cards and never deliver. They use these gift cards to entice customers and then ignore you after purchase. Too bad for Raymour and Flanigan at Bay Plaza, you lost a good customer.

I could not speak to a human. It was hard to schedule a delivery. Just annoying doing business with you compared to Bob's which is so easy.
Great customer service
Jennifer was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She explained all the options on sofas that we were looking at and had many options for us. This is the first Maryland location and it was amazing.

DALE, she's the absolute BEST, she is very professional, super friendly and very attentive to all my furniture needs. She was very, helping to select exactly what I needed all the greatest discount ever!!! Come down to Raymour & Flanagan and see Dale for all your furniture needs. She's is such a pleasure thank you so much Dale!!!Got me mattress as well as a pillow which I didn't even come to purchase, but Dale's such an expert at her job that I purchased them as well!!!

Excellent customer service! Mike listened carefully to our needs and patiently answered our questions and showed us the furniture that met our needs.
Not very happy…
I haven’t been in your store in well over a year. Why the survey now? I have however been waiting for two cushions since requesting replacement last February. We also had a “to-do” with a lift chair which was replaced after 11 months, the replacement lasting only three weeks before it failed. I am not impressed at all with your merchandise or customer service.
MY HAPPY STORE
I’ve been a customer for many years. Im always welcomed when walking in and asked if I need help. If I don’t and need time to look around first I’m given time. Friendly and professional people. No pressure!!! Your store HAS EVERYTHING one needs and wants for their home. Ive never walked out and not bought something. I get compliments all the time the first thing I tell them I bought at Raymour&Flanigan‘s. Not just the furniture, but the wall art and other decorations. Awesome staff, furniture and store!!!
