I was having an online conversation with Brian. He answered my questions of concern. He gave me his cell number to call when I was ready to order. Two days later I called him. The order went smoothly. Very nice. Thank you.

Parts take a long time to come in.

The technician come out for a repair visit. He was great! I was told we would get a call within 72 hours, no one called. I called R&F service center about the replacement part and was told it would take 4-8 weeks to come in!!! That's very frustrating considering my chair does not work at all. I am not satisfied with my experience with the repair department.

We were met at the door of the White Marsh store by Leah and she explained where to look for the furniture we were looking for. She gave us space so we could talk then explained the construction of the pieces, the options and the protections available in nice we made a choice. Went to look and purchased right then. My experience at the Garden city Raymour & Flanigan was exceptional, thanks to Pamela Walker. She warmly welcomed me, gave me a thorough tour of the showroom while helping me find the perfect bedroom set. Her knowledge was impressive. Most importantly, she listened to what I was looking for and never pressured me to buy. I don’t live nearby. I happened to stop in after attending a training class in the area but her service stood out. I visited other stores, yet none matched her professionalism, so I returned specifically to work with her. That say everything about the kind of service she provides. She truly earned a five-star rating. I absolutely love the choices I made. My Florence bedroom set is beautiful, and my Beautyrest bed is one of the best purchases I’ve made. The bed is so comfortable it’s hard to get up in the mornings. The only reason I’m not giving my overall experience a perfect rating is because of the delivery. The delivery team was prompt and efficient with bringing in and assembling the furniture but a language barrier limited my questions, which was a little frustrating. That was the only reason I couldn’t give the overall experience a perfect score. While that was disappointing, it didn't diminish the excellent showroom experience. Thank you, Pamela, for making this a memorable purchase. Raymour & Flanigan is fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring as you representing the company.
