I contacted you because we were being ransomed. They claimed to have control of all our devices. I contacted you and I am happy to say the problem is resolved for now, I hope. It took a while but couldn't be helped.

The people from support was nice and helpful.
The people from support was nice and friendly. What I was unhappy about was the when I paid for renewal, it didn't registrate the payment and it was was very cumbersome to arrange the renewal. Here you have to improve. Eventually I succeeded to get the program operate.

Computer functioned much better after. Only concern I have is a recent TROGEN that got into my system untected by your security software, got access to my Address Book/Contact list and personal informationsuch as names and phone numbers. They sent out false emails asking for money. WHY DIDN'T YOUR SOFTWARE CATCH THIS? Had to change my email address and lost all my contacts and your Technicin could not help me restore it.
