I was in desparate need of assistance with my Laptop. Kathleen Q was able to repair and restore my MS Outlook and get it working again. It had been inoperable since New Year's Day! Mercy. My computer is working great and all updates are in place. Excellent job!

Excellent Support and Expertise
The support and expertise I receive from Reimage technicians is excellent and really valued. I highly recommend them. The time and support of Jay V today has been well over an hour and all problems were sorted and advice given which is much appreciated. I agree with the review below that Jay V is the best and the other technicians have been great too as I've had my subscription a number of years.

Computer working faster now
First of all, my phone call was answered and transferred in good time. Julius P. was my technician and he was very polite and patient with me. He did a lot of general cleaning and my computer is now working faster. I have used this service for a few years and I trust them.
