I bought Reimage for my husband's computer. It worked well so decided to buy it for my own. Went to the pricing page and the top of the page says they have a 65% discount. But the pricing shown on the page does not reflect 65% discount. The % discount shown is, 36%, 43% and 41% (different for each price point). I spent a couple of days and many emails trying to explain this to the help desk. But they just couldn't grasp the concept of this false advertising. Finally I spelled it out step by step to them and they said they "got" it and replied "It seems that there's a misunderstanding on our end regarding this issue. We will further coordinate this to our Developers regarding this price issue." Fine but that was well over a week ago and the page is still the same and I never heard from them again. So it is still false advertising. Date below is my final contact with them.

This software is what they call Scare-ware, the program will tell you something is wrong with your PC 100% of the time just so they can scam you out of your money.
