pretty god awful customer service when you are not in Taiwan. my product showed up incorrect with missing items and customer service is an AI chat that will only produce a single link regardless of the issue. additionally, you will also be charged duties under “jewelry”. Edit: they responded, travelling for work so i’ll have to update their service at a later date. if you put custom writing on your bottle in cursive, make sure to contact them or something because the text will be cut off. in my case i know i put spaces infront of my words so the letter wouldn’t be cut off but theyre claiming that was what was submitted. MTF.

Defective everything. Phone case got deformed. Airpods case flown away. Another case peeling. Protector full of scratches. The economy has been going south, and you call yourself premium when you are selling downgraded products to consumers. Beyond disappointed, I can't even get my replacement in Taiwan

I I bought a case online through them and then when I got the case I realised there was something wrong with the fitting of it which I had a bit of a concern with so I gave them an email and they immediately told me that they would send me a new phone case to make up for the issue with my old one great customer service and really quick response
