First of all I love Rhinoshield cases! They have protected my phone from so many falls and bumps. I love that you can personalize your case and even order buttons to coordinate; they also offer a wide variety of different types of cases. Second and probably most important their customer service ROCKS!! I recently had to deal with an issue regarding a canceled order and they went above and beyond to provide the best service and help me place a replacement order. Regarding the product—specifically the clear case—I’m a bit disappointed with the advertised ‘ultra scratch resistance.’ Upon opening I noticed that the case has light scratches on the back. However, I would like to commend Rhinoshield’s customer support for their quick response and for promptly sending a replacement for the item I purchased. Hopefully, the replacement product will no longer have issues.

Their phone cases are great and so is their warranty, After about 4-5 months of use I had a slightly loose bottom right corner but I believe that happened due to the amount of hard droppings it’s had. I contacted customer support late at night and they responded early in the morning amazing response time and to get a replacement and fill out your information was so easy it took no more than 2 minutes. 100% I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good case

Worth every penny
Love the rhinoshield clear shield and it doesnt turn yellow for the past 8 months. However as I work in healthcare, I have been using non alcohol wipes daily and the case start to peel. I wrote in to Rhinoshield and they were really understanding. The replacement was done without questions upon submitting the pictures, and it is a really smooth process. From raising the issue to getting it resolved and receiving a replacement all within a week is above my expectations. Thank you Rhinoshield!
